Back-and Neck school (Core Stability)
The basic principle of a healthy back and neck is 'stability', more specifically 'Core Stability'.
First and foremost, we will strengthen the deep abdominal muscles, back muscles, m. gluteus med. and the pelvic floor.
These muscles work together as it were a muscular corset, to insure the stability.
Ergonomics, postures and lifting techniques will be taught during the sessions.
